Dean was born in Auckland in 1966 and has lived in the Eastern Suburbs for the past 11 years. He recently moved to the small Coastal Community of Beachlands to pursue his passion sculpting.

 With over 20 years in the signwriting and custom airbrushing trade Dean is an expert in his field. Starting at the age of 14 he has the experience and skills to cater for all of your signwriting and custom airbrushing needs.

 

Six years ago he started working with Oamaru stone as a medium and often combines
wood with the stone creating a unique design. Dean hand carves the stone using curved
wood chisels, handsaws and glass paper to ensure a smooth silky finish.
